Dirk Deppey, Managing Editor of "The Comics Journal" has sent us an update on the contents of the upcoming Comics Journal Toth issue.
“TCJ #262 will contain over 30 pages of Toth's comics from the 1950s, including several classic tales from the Gleason comics series "Crime and Punishment," plus a romance strip from the same era. The interview is an archival conversation with Toth, which was submitted to the magazine a decade ago and recently unearthed in our files -- so far as I know, it'll be the interview's first English-language appearance. The essay, by "The Pirates and The Mouse" author Bob Levin, is a good 'un.”
Much to look forward to in this issue. Thanks for the update and hard work Dirk!
